I authorize the Société de développement Angus (SDA), its parent entities, as well as any entity or individual acting on their behalf, to carry out any verifications they deem necessary. This authorization includes the ability to obtain or exchange personal information with credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, current, past, or future landlords, employers, collection agencies, or any other relevant person or organization, in order to assess my creditworthiness, financial reliability, or for the purposes of debt recovery.
I understand and accept that a pre-rental screening, including access to my credit report, may be conducted and used as part of the evaluation of my application.

This consent is valid for a period of 28 calendar days from the date the form is submitted. If a lease is signed, this consent remains valid for up to three years following the end of the lease, solely for the purpose of recovering any outstanding amounts or claims related to the lease.
I understand that any documents or data submitted as part of this application, including but not limited to financial statements or identification documents, will be securely stored and retained for a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the date of submission. Upon expiration of this period, such documents and data will be permanently deleted, unless their retention is otherwise required by law or necessitated by the existence of an active lease.
